Welcome to K & D’s Family Daycare!

         I am a licensed family daycare educator through the Department of Early Education (EEC) who has been providing care for children since 1999. I am licensed to take care of 10 children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old.

Mission Statement

My goal is to have all children in my care to have a fun and safe learning experience. I want your child to feel like this is their 2nd home. We will provide them with lots of love and attention, along with a fun curriculum to help them learn and grow. I hope to teach the children how to respect themselves and others. We do not allow hitting, biting, yelling, or any name calling at any time. All children will be encouraged through positive reinforcement to be nice to their friends.

We do try to go by a set schedule but it is hard at times due to different ages of the children in my care. We participate in many activities throughout the day including arts and crafts, music, story time, circle time, free play, and more. Throughout their time here, we hope the children will learn to communicate with adults and their peers and to also learn valuable life lessons that will last with them throughout their childhood and beyond.
